Project Overview

Optima Advisory is a management consulting firm that helps clients grow their businesses. However, their own lead generation was slow and unpredictable. Partners were spending many hours every week on calls that did not convert into real opportunities. In 2026, AMG Innovative partnered with Optima to redesign its lead system using Digital Strategy & Transformation. The goal was to turn lead generation into an automated profit center, generate 22+ qualified leads per month, and free partners to focus on high-value client work.

Objectives

The main goal was to stop wasting partner time on low-quality calls and improve the conversion rate from inquiry to qualified lead. AMG Innovative also aimed to reduce the long response time to website inquiries and build a simple, non-technical system that gives instant engagement and predictable results. Audit & Discovery
